  • Products with Premium Positioning that allow for attractive gross margins (Branded and/or Private Label)
  • Prefer businesses that manufacture their own products in SQF certified environments, although not opposed to businesses that have their products manufactured by a third party.
  • Opportunities to create value through product line extensions, market expansions, and/or operational improvements
